FOCUS: The students deepen their knowledge and understanding of post-modern and civil right's literature.
The students will view the film version of A Raisin in the Sun.
ACTIVITIES:
1) Distribute writing folders: students will file and organize their writing from this year.
2) Students will complete the graphic organizer and study guide as they view the film version of
A Raisin in the Sun, Acts I and II.
3) Click here if you were absent today click here to read the full-text version of the play, A Raisin in the Sun.
HOMEWORK:
1) If you are NOT exempting the English III final exam, print the study guide that I emailed to you. The review for the final exam will be on Thursday, 6/2 for periods 1,3 and 5, and on
Friday, 6/3 for periods 2 and 6.
Although the study guide will not be graded, I highly suggest you complete it before coming to class. It is a most helpful study tool to refresh your memory of works studied this semester.
